Flyora may collect client information and documents via phone, email, or WhatsApp for assessment and administrative purposes.

3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

While we aim to provide accurate advice and professional assistance, visa approval is never guaranteed.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Refusals do not constitute service failure

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

5. Payments & Fees

• All fees are charged for consultancy, administrative work, and service time

6. Consultancy/Service Fees

All consultancy and service fees are non-refundable once:

• Documentation review has started
• Advice or guidance has been provided

This includes visa assessments, consultations, and administrative services.

Fees paid for visa appointment booking, administrative processing, or professional time are non-refundable once the booking or process has been initiated.

Once a visa application has been prepared or submitted with the client’s authorisation, all associated service fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome.

7. Visa Refusal

Visa refusal does not qualify for a refund, as:

• Flyora does not make visa decisions
• Fees cover professional time and services already delivered

8. Flight Bookings

• Flight tickets are subject to airline rules
• Refunds or changes depend on airline fare conditions
• Flyora service fees are non-refundable

9. Holiday Packages

• Cancellation policies vary by supplier
• Any refundable amount depends on hotel, airline, or tour provider terms

10. Chargebacks & Disputes
