Refund Policy

1. Consultancy/Service Fees

All consultancy and service fees are non-refundable once:

• Work has commenced
• Documentation review has started
• Advice or guidance has been provided

This includes visa assessments, consultations, and administrative services.

Fees paid for visa appointment booking, administrative processing, or professional time are non-refundable once the booking or process has been initiated.

Once a visa application has been prepared or submitted with the client’s authorisation, all associated service fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome.

2. Visa Refusal

Visa refusal does not qualify for a refund, as:

• Flyora does not make visa decisions
• Fees cover professional time and services already delivered

3. Flight Bookings

• Flight tickets are subject to airline rules
• Refunds or changes depend on airline fare conditions
• Flyora service fees are non-refundable

4. Holiday Packages

• Cancellation policies vary by supplier
• Any refundable amount depends on hotel, airline, or tour provider terms
• Flyora service charges remain non-refundable

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

By using our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for:

• Visa refusals
• Delays beyond our control
• Services already rendered

Any disputes must be raised directly with Flyora first.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered if:

• Flyora fails to deliver the agreed service
• A written agreement confirms refund eligibility

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
